HADCO has tested Mud Lines, Cement Lines, Flare Boom Piping, and Well Test Lines on rigs throughout the Gulf of Mexico and abroad.  The thickness of virtually any steel piping on the rig can be measured.  In addition, the welded joints can also be inspected using Magnetic Particle and Straight/Angle Beam Ultrasonic methods. 

Data derived from the use of UT Thickness Gauging is then recorded and analyzed with a spreadsheet, from which wall diminution may be tracked over subsequent inspections for Predictive Maintenance/Reliability Management purposes.
